Workflow automations

Go to Settings then Automations then New Automation. TRIGGERS available: - Deal moved to Won - Invoice changed to Overdue - Ticket created with Urgent priority - New employee added CONDITIONS optional: Only run if deal value is over 100000. ACTIONS available: - Send email notification - Create a task - Update a field - Post to webhook URL EXAMPLE: When a deal is Won, create a Client Onboarding project and email the account manager. This removes 15 minutes of manual work per closed deal.
