Creating your first project

A project is a container for related work with a goal and a deadline. CREATING A PROJECT: 1. Projects then New Project 2. Enter name such as Q3 Product Launch 3. Set start and due date 4. Add team members 5. Choose status: Planning, Active, On Hold, or Completed FROM A TEMPLATE: Click From Template to start with standard tasks already created. VIEWS: Kanban Board for drag and drop, List View for bulk editing, Calendar View for date-based planning.
