Setting up your HR system

Before adding employees, set up the foundations. CREATE DEPARTMENTS: HRMS then Departments then New Department. Create Engineering, Sales, Finance, Operations. CREATE SALARY STRUCTURES: HRMS then Salary Structures. Example for engineer at 12 LPA: Basic 40000, HRA 20000, Special Allowance 40000. LEAVE POLICIES: Default to Annual 18 days, Sick 12 days, Casual 6 days. Adjust as needed.
