Building your contact database

ADDING A CONTACT: 1. CRM then Contacts then New Contact 2. Name and email required 3. Phone, company, job title, source, and tags are optional 4. Set status: Lead or Customer IMPORTING: 1. Click Import then Download CSV template 2. Fill in your contacts and upload 3. The system maps columns automatically TAGS: Group contacts by city, industry, or priority such as Mumbai, Enterprise, Hot Lead. LEAD SCORE: Proactiq scores each contact 0-100 based on deal activity and engagement.
