Logging activities and follow-ups

The biggest CRM mistake is not logging conversations. LOGGING AN ACTIVITY: 1. Open a contact or deal 2. Click Add Activity 3. Choose type: Call, Meeting, Email, Note, or Task 4. Write what was discussed 5. Set a follow-up due date if needed FOLLOW-UP TASKS: Activities with future due dates appear in your task list. Check it every morning. TIMELINE: Shows every interaction in chronological order. Any team member can see the full history instantly.
