3. Proposal: Quote sent
4. Negotiation: Discussing terms
5. Won: Deal closed
6. Lost: Did not close
CREATING A DEAL:
1. CRM then Deals then New Deal
2. Enter title, link to contact, set value and expected close date
3. Assign to the right salesperson
