Deal stages in order: 1. Lead: Early interest only 2. Qualified: Confirmed budget and need 3. Proposal: Quote sent 4. Negotiation: Discussing terms 5. Won: Deal closed 6. Lost: Did not close CREATING A DEAL: 1. CRM then Deals then New Deal 2. Enter title, link to contact, set value and expected close date 3. Assign to the right salesperson KANBAN VIEW: Drag deals between columns to move them through stages. BEST PRACTICE: Update deal stages every time you speak to the prospect.
